Vibe Jewelry is hiring for a Retail Sales Manager! We are a jewelry design brand committed to the health and wellbeing of our local community in the Virgin Islands. We create heartfelt jewelry infused with love, sharing this joyous vibe with the world. We love our team members, our loyal customers, and the people of the Virgin Islands. The magnificent beauty of the ocean and the land here inspires us. Established in 2004, we have two stores in St. John Virgin Islands that are conveniently located in the heart of Cruz Bay. The Role Logistics

We need a vivacious sales leader to help drive sales at our 2 locations. Our objective is to find the right person and create the ideal role for them/us so that we’re all doing what we love to do in support of our company goals.

This will be a full-time, W-2 employee position. We also offer additional commission based on store performance.

This is for an in-person only position that splits time between our two stores located in St. John, VI 00830 and 00831. This role’s shifts will vary between the hours of 9am and 9pm Monday through Sunday and will be determined alongside our operations manager. This position requires evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities and Areas of Need

Below is a list of areas where we need your help, in priority order.

Bonus if someone has multiple areas of interest.

  • Immerse in the day to day sales opportunities and lead the in-store sales team to greater sales success. Motivate and educate seasoned as well as newer team members. Monitor the collective work of all sales staff and ensure that sales goals/quotas are being met. Analyze performance to determine where adjustments need to be made.
  • Lead and inspire the team members. Plan and execute sales incentives and fun and friendly competitions for team members to participate in. 
  • Train new team members on sales techniques, sales processes and systems.
  • Assist on the sales floor by providing service to overflow customers and helping sales associates create and close sales.
  • Pull and analyze reports to update sales associates with monthly progress towards goals and quotas.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Vibe Jewelry owners to gather feedback on products and service.
  • Work with the operations manager to set team schedules to maximize productivity & store success. 
  • Oversee cleanliness and organization of stores. Assist sales associates with opening and closing procedures, inventory, product placement, and restocking.
